<H2>Become a certified Mediator!</H2>
Having a certified mediator on staff can help improve and streamline the relationships in any workplace, ministry or clinical practice. Most lawyers use caucus-style mediation, which is where the parties are separated into different rooms and the lawyers do the negotiating for them. All parties usually end up in a lose-lose situation. IA teaches conference-style mediation where all parties are together in a room working through the issues so that when mediation is over the issues are resolved and most times everyone ends up with a win-win. If you'd like to learn this style of mediation and also learn more advanced mediation techniques in the future sign up today.
This is a 40-hour course that requires attendance all day on each of the 5 days. Anyone can do it! The dates are March 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 10th and 11th from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Snacks and materials are provided. Lunch breaks will be offsite.
Cost is $900 for individuals, $700 for students. Group discounts are available.
