What will I learn?

You will learn how to assess a casualty; how to perform CPR on a non breathing casualty; how to help an unconscious casualty who is breathing; and how to perform actions on a person who is choking.

Is this course suitable for beginners?

Yes. This can be a refresher course for those who work in roles where it is necessary to be trained in BLS or you could be some body who wants to learn how to perform these actions but you have never done anything like this before.  You will receive a certificate for completing the course.

Do I need to be physically fit to attend this course?

Accepted Answer

To pass the course, you will need to be able to get onto the floor in a kneeling position to perform CPR on training manakins.
