About this event

Topics for this course include Federal Service Labor Management Relations Statute, Negotiated Grievance Procedures, Contract Administration, Probationary and Trial Periods, Conduct-based and Performance-based Actions, and Formulating Charges and Specifications. Several hands on activities are provided to stimulate learning and reinforce core concepts. Course material is presented in an interactive virtual classroom format via MS Teams. This course is limited to 20 participants per session and is conducted over a 5-day period. Participants who successfully complete this training by scoring 85% or more on the final assessment are eligible to take Level I of the DoD’s Basic Labor and Employee Relations Level 1 Credential Exam.
