Overview
Get experience using a soldering iron to build and modify electronics! Ages 16+
In this 90-minute workshop, we will learn basic tools and safety, strip, splice, and solder copper wires, practice through-hole soldering and desoldering with printed circuit boards, and make a small device you can take home. No prior experience is required. Tools and materials provided. By the end students will be comfortable permanently assembling simple electronics projects. Ages 16 and up.
