Get ready to level up your tech game with our Basic Computer Skills Class - no more computer navigation troubles after this!

This course introduced will introduce Lake County IL residents to essential digital skills:


Basic Computer Skills

Email Basics

Internet Safety Basics

Windows 11


Additional details:

The class follows a two-week format, meeting three times a week

Sessions are going to be held on Janauary 5th, 7th, 8th, 12th, 14th and 15th.

Class time: 4:00PM – 6:00 PM (please arrive 10-15 minutes early for check-in)

Location: Waukegan Public Library

Address: 128 North County St. Waukegan, IL 60085


You must be able to commit to 12 hours of learning time in order to successfully complete the class. Participants are also required to meet one of the eligibility requirements listed in the image below.


Participants received a certificate and laptop upon successful completion of the course.
