<h2>Meet Melissa</h2>Meet Melissa of Beelightful Bees, Patch’s beekeeper.A Miami beekeeper for the past six years, Melissa began her journey with bees as a hobby during a difficult chapter in life—what started as a source of healing quickly grew into a deep passion and lifelong calling.After learning how to safely perform live hive removals, that passion blossomed into a full-time business: Beelightful Bees. Today, they specialize in rescuing local honey bees from extermination while educating homeowners and communities about the vital role pollinators play in our ecosystems.Through workshops and hands-on experiences at Patch, Melissa teaches individuals and families a natural, mindful approach to beekeeping rooted in respect, conservation, and connection with nature.
