Basic Balance with Wolfgang Weiser

This class is investigating our act of balance.

It includes the principles of the Alexander Technique in simple movement explorations to engage and re-organize your relationship with the environment.

Please bring a soft item you feel comfortable balancing on your head, have some space to move and if possible also a mirror you can see yourself during class.

Complimentary tickets are available to any teachers, trainees and students who identify as Black, Indigenous or Persons of Color (BIPOC). Our community is enhanced by an abundance of diversity and diminished without it. Email us at jleibowitzscholarship@amsatonline.org for your VIP code.
