Basic 101 Cooking Under Pressure

Reduce cooking time by 80% with your electric pressure cooker while reducing sodium in your diet and saving money by eating healthy family meals at home.  This hands-on class will cover: different pressure cooker models, applicance features, safety tips, additional equipment you can purchase and tricks to make cooking a breeze. 
Participants will complete recipes in an electric pressure cooker and taste the different recipes.  Along with receiving a Basic 101 Cooking Under Pressure booklet with information and recipes.
The registration fee is $15.00 per participant and pre-registration is required.  Please pre-register through Eventbrite by February 12, 2020. Class is limited to 20 participants and will fill quickly so register early.  There will be no refunds for the registration fee.
