On 6/8 - BASH will be holding a private fundraising class dedicated to raising awareness & funds for one of our own - Coach Rucky's beautiful mother as she continues her brave fight against cancer!

Please join us in celebrating and fundraising for Momma Ruck! She's an absolute warrior and legend who’s been bravely battling cancer on and off for the last seven years, and undergoing several surgeries. Right now, she’s in her 4th consecutive year of chemotherapy, showing incredible strength every day.
Despite everything, her spirits are high. She loves animals, playing music, being by the ocean, and chatting with everyone she meets. Momma Ruck has so much life left to live and so many more smiles to share.

WHAT'S BASH?
Welcome to BASH - the full-body boxing-inspired group fitness EXPERIENCE!
For 45 fast-flying minutes, boxing conditioning is BASH's #1 focus! Using free weights, med balls, resistance bands, & a joint-safe Aqua Bag, BASH Boxing builds lean muscle, improves overall endurance, and torches calories round after round. Add in our state-of-the-art surround sound system & lighting and you'll find an experience that you won't soon forget.
WHAT'S THE EVENT?
Join us for a private BASH Boxing class at our Ballston location where all proceeds will be donated to the cause!
WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?
After you purchase your ticket, you will receive an email from the BASH team prior to the event with final logistics and instructions for the event (when to arrive, what you may need, and any other helpful information). For now, you just need to be ready on 6/8 to sweat, smile, and support! Please bring a credit card for payment if you'd like to purchase hand wraps or rent gloves, which are required for class. If you have your own pair of either, feel free to bring!
