Baseball Photo Event: Royal Oak Leprechauns

⚾ Join Us for an Evening of Baseball Photography!

We are excited to announce our upcoming photo group at the Royal Oak Leprechauns game! We are charging a $40 fee for joining our exclusive photo group–which grants you a free ticket to the game and a press pass. Here's what to expect:

Press Pass & Ticket: This is a unique opportunity, as we've partnered with the Royal Oak Leprechauns to offer our event attendees a free ticket ($15 value) & exclusive press passes. These passes will grant you access to areas close to the game that are typically off-limits to the general public. Don't miss out on this chance to capture incredible, up-close shots!

Equipment Rental and Store Credit: To enhance your experience at our event, we are pleased to offer a free three-day lens rental (a $90 value). You can pick up a lens the day before the event, Wednesday June 19th, and drop it back off anytime by 5pm Friday, June 21st. (Please call to make reservations. Equipment rental is first come first serve. Regular rental procedures apply. Rental must be picked up and returned in-store). Additionally, all attendees will receive $20 in-store credit, redeemable in the weeks following the event.

Community Building: Our main goal is to cultivate a community of passionate photographers who are interested in sharing tips, working together, and building lasting connections. Your commitment through the ticket fee helps us ensure a dedicated and engaged group.

Expert Guidance: You will be led by experienced Woodward Camera staff. This guidance, akin to paying for a tour guide, ensures you get the most out of the Baseball Event, both in terms of gear and photographic techniques. We are here to help you capture your best action shots and get the most out of your camera's settings.

This is a limited capacity event. Refunds are available if requested up to 72 hours before the scheduled event. Thank you for your understanding and support. We look forward to capturing exciting moments together at the game!

Schedule:

6pm – Group meets at Woodward Camera booth (marked on map below).

6:35pm – Game begins

6:35-8pm - We will photograph together as a group until 8pm.

What do I need to bring?

• Camera & lens. We recommend lenses with a reach of 200mm or longer.
• Spare batteries & at least one memory card.
• Monopod or Tripod
• Teleconverter
• Sunscreen & a hat.

Borrow Gear!

Borrow a lens for free from 6/19-6/21! For optimal results, consider using a 70-200mm lens or even longer lenses. Our rental department offers a variety of lenses suitable for the occasion, including 70-200mm, 100-400mm, and 150-600mm options. Reservations must be picked up and returned to the store. The Location

This photo event takes place at Memorial Park in Royal Oak, MI. Parking is available along Coolidge Highway. We will meet as a group at the Woodward Camera booth; approximate location marked on the map below. Please review the Royal Oak Leprechauns website for venue rules.
