Tucson Village Farm is a youth-centered working urban farm. Our seed to table program is designed to reconnect young people to a healthy food system, teach them how to grow and prepare fresh food, and empower them to make healthy choices.

Don Guerra is back again to teach his sought-after sourdough class! Learn from the founder, owner, and lead baker of Tucson’s Barrio Bread.

Tucson Village Farm 4-H Healthy Living Center

Come learn how to bake a perfect sourdough loaf with Don Guerra of Barrio Bread!Learn the science behind the dough, how to keep your starter alive and happy, and the secrets of artisanal bread making.
