barre3 Philadelphia- Rittenhouse Square

barre3 Rittenhouse and Athleta are teaming up to offer free barre3 class on Sunday, January 15th at 10am! 
barre3 is a dynamic workout that combines the grace of yoga with the strength of pilates. Our balanced, total body workout uses our signature three-step sequence to strengthen, lengthen and tone the body - isometric holds to engage the muscles; small, one-inch movements; and large-range movements to flush the body and rev the metabolism. Our postures are designed to strengthen the core and protect injury-prone areas such as knees, hips, neck and low back. All levels are welcome!
We can't wait to shake and quake with you! Just bring a yoga mat and a water bottle to stay hydrated.
