Little ones can participate along with you! Or you can wear your baby for some extra resistance as this class is baby-wearing friendly!
Led by local mom of three and founder of Barre with Babes, Lauren — a former dancer, teacher, and coach who’s been sharing her love of barre since 2015. Lauren’s heart behind this class? Helping moms feel strong and empowered, modeling self-care for their little ones, and creating a welcoming community where we can all do the same.
