Barre Ripple was the FIRST Barre Studio in Indianapolis (previously called The Dailey Method) and is now better than ever. The variety of classes are efficient and effective, challenging yet fun! We focus first on alignment, then on engagement, and finally movement to lengthen and strengthen your muscles. Instructors are able to offer verbal and hand on adjustments to help every student deepen their own practice.

Procell Microchanneling is Microneedling evolved! Procell is a collagen induction treatment that creates thousands of channels in the skin to produce collagen & elastin production. During the treatment we use our Stem Cell Growth-Factors to promote the body’s natural ability to heal, which promotes cell turnover. Treatments are done every 4-6 weeks and require 3-6 treatments to obtain optimal results.
