Barre & Brunch

Beak & Skiff Apple Orchards

1911 Established is partnering up with Sky Yoga & Wellness to bring Barre to the Bar. Join Christine Bartolotta for a 45 minute barre burn. Get your body moving and your heart pumping to some kick@$$ beats and reward yourself after with a specialty cocktail (or mocktail) and a savory brunch in the 1911 Tasting Room.

SkyBARRE:
This fun, energetic, full-body workout combines techniques from ballet, Pilates, calisthenics and yoga to tone, define and chisel the whole body. This fitness regime focuses on small, repetitive movements to firm and tighten without adding bulk. This class creates the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast. This is NOT your little sister’s ballet class.  Please bring a yoga mat.
