<p>Start your weekend by joining us at Castle Island Brewing on Saturday May 13th @ 10am for Pure Barre class! Bring a mat, water, &amp; yourself. Stay after class to enjoy food &amp; drinks. The event costs $15 at the door, which covers class and one drink. Please fill out our standard fitness waiver <a href="https://www.clubready.com/present/38098CPNBKF/0/0/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">here</a> before arriving.</p><p>Pure Barre offers an effective total body workout focused on low-impact/high-intensity movements that improve strength and flexibility for every body. </p>
