Join us for Barre and Beer at Six Harbors Brewing Company! New to barre or a total barre champ? No worries, this class is for all levels! Barre is a full body workout that focuses on abs, thighs, and seat. Using isometric movements, barre creates long, lean muscles resulting in a dancer's body. Unlike a traditional barre class, Barre &amp; Beer is a workout where you can enjoy some beer, while you workout! Come barre with us, burn some calories, gain some muscles, and sip some incredible hand-crafted beer! #sipsomeburnsomePlease bring:Grip socks or nonslip socks.Yoga or fitness mat.
