How do I get there?

Physique 57 Hoboken Studio is just a few blocks away from the PATH and Light Rail Hoboken Station. Limited street parking and garages are available nearby as well. We are on the fourth floor just above Belo Bar on Hudson Street.

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Loose comfortable clothing you are comfortable moving and sweating in. Don't forget socks (grip socks are recommended!) A water bottle is welcome as well.

What fitness level do I need to be to attend?

All levels are welcome! Whether you are just starting out, or are a seasoned pro, our expert instructors provide modifications and options for all to ensure everyone feels confident and has fun while sweating and feeling the burn!

What if I'm running late or can't make it?

Accepted Answer

We like to start classes on time but understand things happen. The first 5 minutes of your session will be a tour of the studio so you'll still get the full mini workout experience!  Please email hoboken@physique57.com if you are no longer able to attend and would like to reschedule.
