Barks, Brews, & BBQ 2016

FRAs is a 501(c)(3) all volunteer non-profit organization.  FRAs was founded in 2004 and started off with 4 volunteers that wanted to support theRowlett Animal Shelter.  These volunteers sponsored 1 or 2 pets per month and reduced the adoption fees for these highlighted pets in an effort to increase adoptions for the Shelter. Our organization hasgrown to 200 volunteers98% or better Live Release Ratenow includes assisting Garland Animal Services!  With this growth now we are able to hostmultiple off-site adoption eventsBarn Cat program for the feral casponsor heartworm treatments for dogs in the shelter that test positive for heartworms, sponsor the TNR program for the City of Rowlett, and so much more!

<H3>Head to Downtown Garland for a fun afternoon of Barks, Brews, and BBQ! FRAs is partnering with Intrinsic Smokehouse and Brewery for day of pet adoptions, fun events, good food, and cold brews! The event is free to attend, however, we are having a specially designed event pint glass that will include 3 beers with your donation.</H3>

<P><STRONG>Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?</STRONG></P>
<P>All ages can enter the venue, but you must be 21 or over to consume beer.</P>

<P><STRONG>What can/can't I bring to the event?</STRONG></P>
<P>Your friendly dog can join you on the patio side.  Please make sure that your pets are current on their vaccinations, and that puppies 4 months or younger do not come.  We respectfully request that you do not bring any dogs that are agressive, whether it be human or canine agression.</P>
