About this event

  • 1 hour

Weight regain is a common concern for many patients after undergoing bariatric surgery. If it is not managed properly, it can lead to sabotaging their results and negative emotions, such as frustration, regret, and anger, which can have an adverse effect on their physical and emotional health.

Unfortunately, some individuals feel ashamed and may not seek the help they need. This workshop is designed to help you take the first step toward overcoming this obstacle. It will provide you with the tools to manage weight regain and achieve your weight loss goals.

WORKSHOP CONTENTS:

- Simplify Healthy Habits: Learn how to work "smarter, not harder" in the kitchen and the gym to prevent or reverse weight regain.

- Nourish Your Mind & Body: Discover how to manage emotional hunger and identify coping mechanisms to soothe yourself without relying on food.

- Move Beyond Diets: Explore effective nutrition strategies to optimize your metabolism without counting calories!

- Mindset Optimization: Eliminate the "I'm a failure" mindset that leads to negative feelings and self-sabotage. Adopt a mindset that lets you learn from your mistakes and overcome challenges.
