A free 30-minute Zoom every other Monday to get clear on your week... no pressure, no productivity guilt, cameras optional.

<h2>Bare Minimum Mondays</h2> First event capped at 10 people.Sometimes we just need a container to help us get started. A low bar is better than no bar! Come to a 30 minute session where we'll meditate, free write, and focus in on one task to complete for the week ahead. Or you can just attend to think about maybe setting a goal next time. Whatever you need is okay. It could be for work or personal life!
