Join us for an intimate evening of exceptional whiskey and thoughtfully crafted cuisine as we explore the Origin Series from Bardstown Bourbon Company. Each course of this multi-course dinner has been designed to highlight the character of these award-winning whiskeys, pairing seasonal flavors with distinctive expressions from one of Kentucky’s most exciting distilleries.

From bright and balanced bourbon to bold rye and beautifully finished expressions, this guided dinner will showcase how the right whiskey can elevate every course.

Roasted Apple & Candied Pecan Salad
Mixed greens, roasted apples, candied pecans, goat cheese crumble, warm vanilla–bourbon vinaigrette

Paired with
Bardstown Bourbon Company Origin Series Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Caramel, vanilla, baking spice, and toasted oak complement the roasted apples while balancing the richness of goat cheese.


Second Course
Seared Scallops with Brown Butter & Citrus-Mint Gremolata

Paired with
Bardstown Bourbon Company Origin Series Kentucky Straight Rye
Bright citrus, mint, brown sugar, and baking spice enhance the gremolata while the rye’s natural spice contrasts beautifully with the scallops’ sweetness.
