Our annual Barbell MAYnia event is open to and perfect for athletes of all ages and experience levels. Come give your best on the platform and have a blast along the way to hitting some PR's!
This is a sanctioned USA Weightlifting Competition. Every competitor must be a member of USA Weightlifting (available for purchase at usaweightlifting.org.) Totals from this competition will count as qualifiers for National Competitions.
Tentative Schedule:
Session 1: Weigh-in 7am lift at 9am (Women)
Session 2: Weigh in 9am lift at 11am (Lightweight men)
Session 3: Weigh-in at 11am lift at 1pm. (Heavyweight Men)
Session 4 (If needed): Weight in at 1pm Lift at 3pm
**Schedule and who is competing in each session is subject to change per number of athletes registered. Final Schedule will be posted Tuesday on the week of the competition.
**Lifting will be capped at 60 Lifters
Awards will be given to the Top 3 Athletes per weight class, Top Masters & Top Teenage per formula and SWORDS given to the Best Lifters in both the Male & Female categories.
