Akronym Brewing

Bands &amp; Brews is a 60 minute group fitness workout class designed around resistance bands and bodyweight.It is asked that participants show up at least 15 minutes ahead of time to sign liability waivers and get a general overview of how the workout will run as well as have time to ask any questions should they have any. If you have a yoga mat please bring it for floor exercises as I will have a very limited quantity for use.Once we’re done with the class feel free to stick around because your first beer is on me!During Bands &amp; Brews we'll work the entire body for a full hour going through various exercises utilizing resistance bands and bodyweight movements.Please feel free to reach out to Jon at ruffierfitness@gmail.com or 330-428-3954 with any questions involving the class.**No refunds after purchase, however you may credit your payment to a future class or event.**
