BALLETCORE™ in L.A.!

Miss Angela rarely is able to peel away from her NYC Balletcore™ Company but they are all soaking in the glory of their recent Quest to Dream Balletcore™ Recital, so she has briefly landed on the West Coast and is curious what the west coast Company barre looks like?

Reminder: this is a zero skill level required class, just cosplaying as ballerinas while also challenging oneself in a low stakes way.

About Balletcore™:
The aesthetics of a ballet class, the leg warmers the classical music, but not the intimidating perfection seriousness that usually comes with the territory. Maybe you wanted to be a pro. Or you almost were a pro but “your ankles weren’t right” or something or you stopped taking classes when you were 16 because you were comparing yourself too much and it made you think about your body in a way that wasn’t fun…but you like ballet and the idea of it kind of or at least just the outfits come to BALLETCORE™!!

Let’s pretend we are ballerinas and dress the part but leave the perfection behind.

* Wear a true balletcore outfit it’ll be more fun this way! Like truly lean into it, tights, leotard, leg warmers, ballet slippers, at least a bow or something – whatever you can manage…but it’s part of the experience to play in the world. Amazon’s return policy is as we know quite easy 😉

Balletcore™ classes are designed for adults 21 years of age and older. All ticket-holders must be at least 21 years old.

Full studio details will be emailed to ticket-holders. Roll call will be taken in class.
