Ballet Ease & Placement

Ballet Ease & Placement focuses on experiencing alignment and placement with the benefit of working rhythmically. The class is structured by exercises at the ballet barre and center, with some that travel across the floor. In each, we spend time articulating a focused In series of goals and showing how to achieve them with helpful technical tools and facilitation from the legacy of Janet Panetta. Dancers from beginning to advanced ballet backgrounds are welcome. In drawing attention to sensing, there are challenges (and pleasures) for everyone.
