Ballet & Brews

Diablo Balletis an award-winning internationally recognized professional performing dance company committed to enriching, inspiring, and educating children and adults through the art of dance. Presenting acclaimed classical and contemporary ballets, the company is committed to exposing youth to the arts through its renowned PEEK Outreach Programs which have reached over 68,000 underserved school children in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties since 1995. In addition, Diablo Ballet has served hundreds of at-risk teenage girls incarcerated within the Juvenile Justice system since 2015. In 2019, Diablo Ballet opened the first Ballet School in Contra Costa County run by a professional ballet company.

Tutus and brews meet up at Ballet & Brews, on Wednesday, February 15th, 6  - 8 pm, at <A HREF="http://www.thecooperagelafayette.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Cooperage</A> in Lafayette (32 Lafayette Circle). Join the Lafayette Young Professionals and Diablo Ballet to mix, mingle, and network.  Meet some of Diablo Ballet's dancers and snap a picture in our "selfie station" with ballet props. A percentage of drink sales benefit Diablo Ballet's PEEK Outreach Program to under-served youth and at-risk teenage girls incarcerated in the Juvenile Justice system. Admission is free with The Copperage generously donating a portion of food and drink proceeds supporting Diablo Ballet youth outreach efforts. Join us for a fun and fantastic night!
