Ballentine Bootcamp

Atlas Defense is a personal protection coaching service that empowers clients to feel safe wherever they choose to be.  Mobile small group and individual training takes place on a spectrum of reasonable force, starting with Situational Awareness and specializing in defensive firearms training.Remembering the last time you felt unsafe, there is likely a solution Atlas Defense can offer to set you on the path of mindful personal protection.Owner and Executive InstructorMarc Holleyis a Marine and former military/ contracting security professional.  As a Military Police Officer and Combat Marksmanship Coach, Holley was tasked with training foreign militaries and fellow servicemembers on firearms and tactics.   After deploying to Afghanistan as an Afghan Police Mentor and later a private security contractor, Holley used that and other experiences in the corporate risk management sector to create Atlas Defense.

This is the beginning of a monthly bootcamp with Paul H of <A HREF="https://www.trentitraining.com/about-us" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Trenti Training</A> with VFW Post 246 members.  Like it or not, the new year is a great time to reassess your health and fitness goals, so we decided to partner with a local, Marine veteran personal trainer to help create an accountability structure as you progress towards your own goals. 
1230 to 1300: Arrive/ warm up at Los Campeones Gym, a parking lot is available as well as free street parking
1300 to 1400: 6 person bootcamp in the basement, turf room of Los Campeones
1400 to 1500: cool down and optional roundtable discussion off site
This bootcamp will be set up to your own skill level and needs, so if you haven't filled out a questionnaire, we will email you one once you register.  Registration is limited to 6 participants at this time so we can best serve you and your goals.  Don't worry if you don't get on this first wave, we are poised to increase capacity after this pilot workout. 
Afterward, there will be an optional roundtable talk on nonmedicinal treatment options at a nearby location, possibly Trio in uptown or simply back at the VFW.
