Join Pride in the City for this month's Baking with Pride! To celebrate Lunar New Year (LNY), we will be making dumplings.

This is a one-hour instructional webinar, sponsored by the Pride in the City diversity group, on how to make dumplings, in celebration of Lunar New Year. The ingredients will be sent in advance to everyone that RSVP's for the class.As part of City of Hope's Diversity and Inclusion Initiative, Pride in the City is proud to celebrate diversity and the different cultures that make up our institution. What is Lunar New Year? According to <a href="https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2021/02/10/chinese-lunar-new-year-2021-ox-covid-19-celebrations/6712236002/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">USA Today</a>, "The new year is a chance to start fresh, see loved ones and share in the hope of good things to come."The 15-day celebration of new beginnings is filled with beautiful traditions, and we are very excited that our very own Gary Iem will be teaching us how to make delicious dumplings!
