Kristin "Baker Bettie" Hoffman is a trained chef, baking instructor, and the owner of the popular baking resource website BakerBettie.com. Kristin aims to break down the basics of baking and teach approachable baking science to promote confidence in the kitchen.

<P>If you're looking to take your first steps or learn how to make yeast bread at home this class is for you! This is a hands on workshop that will teach you how to bake bread at home by hand without any specialty equipment. </P>
<P>Right from the basics you'll learn my "never fail" method of making bread at home! You'll discover exactly what all the ingredients do and why they each play such an important part in the process. With this knowledge you'll understand what causes a dough to collapse, what prevents it from rising, to make sure that your bread comes out perfectly every time.</P>

<P>The class will be focused towards those who are brand new to bread baking, but all are welcome and even more experienced bread bakers will enjoy the class! </P>
<H2>YOUR TICKET INCLUDES</H2>
<P>A three-hour hands on bread workshop with all materials provided. Bread with accompaniments and coffee will be served. The class is also byo if desired. </P>
<P>All your breads and recipes to take home along with some yeast to get you started. </P>
<P>Please note that due to the logistics of the space you will be working on groups of 2. </P>
