Baking Class: Basic Bread

Learn to bake the simplest of breads with just four ingredients: flour, water, salt, and yeast. In this class, we’ll discuss the basics of bread making, including rise and rest, kneading, baking, and variations on a basic recipe. You’ll also learn bread troubleshooting, as well as what to do with leftover bread and “bread fails.” All experience levels welcome.
