Baking Camp '26

Do you love cookies, bread, and other baked goods? Do you want to learn the science and techniques used to create classic baked goods and dupes of your favorite sweet and savory treats, like Pizza Rolls and Pop Tarts? Make your baking dreams crumb alive at Baking Camp! By the end of the week, you will learn best practices for baking various items, master weighing and measuring ingredients for accuracy, and gather recipes that you can make on your own to impress your friends and family, while incorporating creativity into your handiwork. Ages: 10 -13

Time: 8am - 2pm

Session I: July 6 - 10; Cost: $360

Session II: July 13 - 17; Cost: $360

*Please note: if you are severely allergic to gluten or nuts this may not be the right camp for you as we will be working with gluten daily and many of the recipes include nuts. Please reach out to our camp coordinator ces-tvfcamps@arizona.edu to discuss our menu if you have concerns. *Each session teaches the same curriculum, so we discourage studnts from enrolling in more than one session of the same camp.

*When you are registering please enter the camper's name with the parent/guardian information

*Refund Policy: Full refund 30 days before camp start date; 50% refund up to 14 days before camp start date; no refunds thereafter.

*Sick Policy Guidelines: Tucson Village Farm camps will follow the University of Arizona, CDC, and State of Arizona Guidelines. We ask that you do not send your camper if they have had a fever or symptoms have not improved in the last 24 hours.
