Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, this event is perfect for all poultry enthusiasts.This 3-hour comprehensive poultry course focuses on all aspects of egg layer production. Topics include nutritional needs for all life stages, housing options, equipment for summer vs. winter, wing clipping and leg banding demonstrations, egg handler licensing requirements from Oregon Dept. of Agriculture, common illnesses, farm biosecurity practices, and basic health care/first aid.Don't miss out on this egg-citing opportunity to connect with fellow chicken lovers and enhance your poultry-keeping skills.
