This is the AX Fitness end of summer BASH!  We have had a ton of fun this summer with Burpees & Beer, and this one is no exception. This is the perfect opportunity to celebrate our fitness accomplishments, burn some serious calories, and close out the summer with a BBQ and beer with your AX Fitness family.  The event will take place at 674 Woodlawn Avenue South in St. Paul (one block east of the river and less than two miles from our daily AX Fitness location in South Minneapolis).  You will still get your PLEASE KICK MY ASS WORKOUT provided by everyone’s favorite trainer, but you’ll also get good food, libations, and great company!  Our hosts will have an official BBQ chef to cook up some good protein for the group.

Burpees & Beer/ AX Fitness

We took our two favorite things, fitness and beer and made it a repeating social event for you to enjoy. Our sessions vary and are full body, so you  get the biggest bang for your buck! Join us for more than a workout, grab a brew and make new friends!
