LITE It Up!, envisions transforming an urban space into a vibrant, interactive adult playground that promotes fun, social interaction, and active movement in a safe, inclusive, and creatively stimulating environment. The goal is to create a series of nighttime events that offer a nostalgic yet innovative experience for adults, encouraging joy, community bonding and a break from the routine of daily life.

LITE it UP! has partnered up with Friends of the Public Garden, Boston Parks and Recreation Department, and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s young professionals platform - City Awake, for the 3rd Annual Backyard Bash post-Fierce Urgency of Now (F.U.N.) Festival party. Join us at the Parkman Bandstand at the Boston Common on September 17, from 5 PM - 8 PM.Rediscover the joy of play with friends old and new, and let loose in a vibrant atmosphere full of excitement. The Backyard Bash has everything from frozen treats and mocktails, to a live DJ—the amazing A Tribe Called Funk. So, get ready to dance, we have something for everyone to enjoy, and best of all - admission is free, so come out, connect, and celebrate in the heart of the city.A huge thank you to our generous sponsors, the City of Boston and Nightlife Economy, for making LITE it UP!
