The Deluxe Tour is one hour.
Yes. The entire experience is a walking tour.
The Deluxe Tour is $20 per person plus tax. Online payment is required at the time of the reservation. Chick-fil-A Backstage Tour tickets are non-refundable. For any changes please email marketing@cfabrookfieldsquare.com
We can only accommodate up to 6 people per tour due to limiting space.

Chick-fil-A Backstage Tour tickets are non-refundable. Changes to your tour date, time and increased guest count must be completed PRIOR to the tour time. If your guest count increases additional on-line payment will be required. There are no refunds available.

All tours begin on time. Plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your tour time. Please call the store and we try to accommodate as much as possible.
If you are early feel free to get a bite to eat and gather any questions you might want to ask on the tour!
If you lose an item during your visit, please let your tour host know before you leave. If you discover that you left something behind, call+1 (262) 786-2443. We encourage everyone to keep their personal belongings with them at all times.
