A timeline-hopping journey into The Quantum Field through the Heart of the Divine. A dance with Frequency ~ Magick and Grace, Time and Space. Embody your desired future self NOW, activating energetic change that trickles down from the Quantum to the blessed physical ~

2) The Law of Grace: connect with an Infinite Divine Intelligence and receive help ❤️

The practices we'll journey through in this meditation series are largely inspired by Dr. Joe Dispenza's work with some other of my favorites thrown in: Sound Healing, Guided Visualization, Breathwork, Reiki, Pranic Healing, Cord-Cutting, Ho'Oponopono, Blessing, Prayer & and more.

Everything is energy ✨ Energy can always change.

EXTENDED DETAILS

In this meditation we will:

- Receive Sound Healing from crystal bowls and vocal tones, clearing and tuning our energy fields to support our entry into a theta brainwave (meditative) state

- Breathe, moving energy 

- Open our Hearts 

- Practice remembering Possibility

- Embody desired change

MANIFESTATION & GRACE

The research on healing and manifestation runs deep and there's far too much to say about this topic in terms of both the mystical and quantum physics than I could ever explain in this description. 

While I'm not sure the Law of Vibration is the only thing going on in the Great Mystery, I do believe it to be very, very powerful. I also believe prayer and asking for help to be equally powerful, and have experienced miracles on my own path through both of these practices. In this meditation, we dance with them both ❤️

BREATHWORK

Breathwork raises energy which can be directed for healing, divine connection and manifestation! Breathwork moves a tremendous amount of new prana into the body (not just oxygen!), which flushes old energy out, all the while gracefully and powerfully opening the heart as well as other energy centers - the KEY. This is a foolproof way to open the heart center and reconnect with The Force, both within you and all around you. Breathwork is an incredible healing modality and it is quite safe. Though rare, there are some Possible Contraindications/Interactions we'd like to let you know about. By purchasing a ticket and attending this meditation either in person or via livestream, you understand the contraindications (scroll to the end to see these) and take full responsibility for your own participation and any health effects of this meditation.

BRAINWAVES & HEART COHERENCE

We'll use techniques to get into a Theta brainwave state (the gateway to the subconscious) and conjure up Elevated Emotion. Some of you might remember Dr. Joe Dispenza from the old-school spiritual classic film WhatThe Bleep Do We Know?! For those who don't, Dr. Joe is a scientist and spiritual teacher who healed his badly fractured spine in the 80s with his mind alone in a period of about 12 weeks. Every thought we think sends out a cascade of chemical messengers in our body. Change your thoughts, change the chemical messengers, though this work goes far beyond the confines and functions of the physical body and deep into the mystical.

I love Dr. Joe's work for many reasons, but most especially because he's living proof of the impossible becoming Possible when you commit to change. He has thousands of brain scans of people from all walks of life to back up his work, and the testimonials from people who have recovered from terminal illnesses and healed chronic genetic diseases (and everything else you can imagine from finances to relationships) on YouTube are literally endless. I've been practicing his meditations in my own life for years now and have had some truly incredible experiences.

This meditation is not affiliated with or representative of Dr. Joe's work. I am a longtime student of his work and must acknowledge I have borrowed heavily from his meditation techniques as I understand them. I highly recommend checking out his work directly as well (books, meditations, podcasts, retreats, etc.) if you feel called.

BREATHWORK POSSIBLE CONTRAINDICATIONS/INTERACTIONS

- Pregnancy (generally not recommended for pregnant women)

- Cardiovascular Disease, including Heart Attacks

- Severe Hypertension

- Epilepsy

- Glaucoma or Retinal Detachment

- Osteoporosis

- Recent Surgeries

- Recent Serious Physical Injuries

COMMON SIDE EFFECTS DURING BREATHWORK (these dissipate fairly quickly upon completing the breathwork)

- Numbness and cramping in the hands, fingers or toes, claw-like hands (tetany)

- Lightheadedness

- Yawn, Dry Mouth

- Restriction or pain in parts of the body

- Anxiety or panic

- Deep emotion such as grief, sadness, or anger

Music is an amazing healing path, and I love helping people find peace, purpose, power and connection through musical expression.
