Who is Coach Tamasia, Curvylista Fitness?

Going through my own transformation, being a career woman juggling life, grad school, side projects, and more and going from 245 lbs to 164 lbs (losing 81 pounds) and keeping it off, and then being able to help others achieve their weight loss goals has been such a blessing and I'm honored to be a coach. I'm a coach who's been there and done that and I bring a real life approach to losing and keeping off weight. It brings me a lot of joy to teach you what I know.
