Yoga & Fitness for your bachelorette / wedding parties is a great way to start off the celebration, or wind down from all the festivities!

Reset, Recharge, Relax, Detox & Pampering....while creating memories that will last a lifetime.

These special personalized events are curated by soFlo leading Yoga Educator, Lisa Pumper & her team.

For over 15 years Lisa has created magical experiences for local and visiting bride tribes from around the world.

What is included in all classes:

• 75+ minute themed class for the bride & her tribe. Warm up, Yoga/ fitness flow & deep rest.

• PA sound system with music beats from eastern healing to western jams.

• Cool off Aromatherapy hand towels at the end of class.

• Gift for the bride.

• A few photos /video capturing the celebration.

*Group size is up to 12, over 12 add $10 for each additional person.

What you bring:

• Large beach towel for each person. Yoga mat is NOT required!

• Comfortable clothes

• Water to stay hydrated

• For outside events: SUNGLASSES, sunscreen & hat.

• Optional swimsuit to jump in the ocean or pool.
