These very special and personalized events are curated by soFlo leading Yoga Educator, Lisa Pumper & her team.
For over 16 years Lisa has created magical experiences for local and visiting bride tribes from around the world.

What is typically included in these events :
- 75+ minute themed class for the bride and her tribe. Warm up, Yoga or fitness flow and deep rest, restore & reset.
- High qaulity PA system w/ enhanced sound to ensure you hear all.
- Music playlists from eastern healing - to western jams.
- Cool off Aromatherapy to refresh at end.
- Sweet gift for the bride.
- Welcome sign & decor ( for beach only )
- A few photos /video capturing the celebration.
* Group size is up to 14, add $10 for each additional person.
We also specialize in larger groups up to 300 and grand scale events of 1,000 !

What you typically bring :
- Large beach towel for each person. Yoga mat is NOT required (but we do rent mats up to 50 )
- Comfortable clothes, fitness or swimsuits
- For outside events: SUNGLASSES, sunscreen & hat.
