Dusty Stax Presents is pleased to announce the return of our popular formal dance at the Verdi Club on Saturday, April 15th. This party, legendary for its great music, good lookin' guests, great times, and festive cocktails, has been on an extended break. We've decided to bring San Francisco's retro-leaning adult prom out again for this very special "BACCHUS ROCCHUS" spring formal. Look your best (dress to impress) and dance to the beat of live classic soul with us this April.Join us and you'll spend quality time dancing to the talented crooners of the Gold Star Soul Revue Band, who'll be playing the best classic '60s soul, pop and R&amp;B right along with those deep cuts. This time our every changing soul revue includes Heidi Alexander (Earth Girl Helen Brown), Noelle Fiore (Noelle and the Deserters), Em Gift, Aaron Joseph (Midtown Social), Anna Hillburg, Paula Frazer, Meryl Press, Bob Reed, Justin Frahm, Jen Snyder and Lydia Walker. We might even get a visit from some secret special guests. The band's performance will be bookended by sweet soul tracks from our Soul DJs.We'll have our friendly ace photographer, Gabriel Wheeler, to capture everyone in our famous photo booth, so you can share with the world just how fabulous you looked at The BACCHUS ROCCHUS.Dress Code: No denim will be permitted. For fellas: ties and collars are a must, and leave those sneakers in the gym bag. Femmes: you know what to do. Everybody: Don't stress about finding a date: show up stag or with friends, just don't forget your dancing shoes.21 and over dance all night!! All sales are final; no refunds.
