This event aims to provide expecting mothers and new mothers with information on how to nourish their bodies throughout pregnancy. During pregnancy, the body requires additional nutrients to support the growth and development of the baby. Postpartum nutrition is equally important since the body undergoes significant changes after giving birth. Proper nutrition can aid in healing and restoring the body, as well as promote a healthy milk supply.

This event will highlight essential nutrients and how to consume them, calorie needs, as well as tips for morning sickness. By the end of this event, expecting and new mothers will understand the importance of a balanced diet and how to make informed choices to support their health as well as the growth and development of their babies.

Note: All who attends this live program will be entered to win a free copy of "Real Food for Pregnancy" by Lily Nichols, RD.
