Discover the joy of "BAAHmaste"

Our playful Nigerian Dwarf goats are eager to partner with yogis of all levels for a lighthearted practice led by a certified yoga pro. Our kids will weave through class, opening hearts, widening smiles, deepening stretches, and challenging the balance of adventurous participants.

TRUST YOUR GUT and tap into your inner G.O.A.T.

Arrive 15 minutes early to mingle with the goats, settle onto your mat and snap 📸 some goat🐐 selfies before class begins. Whether you're flowing through poses or cozying up with goats, it's a judgment-free zone. Feel free to capture action shots during the session and strike a pose with your new goat pals post-class for some unforGOATable memories! AND if that's not enough - Enjoy one drink included with admission🍻

What to know before you go(at):

  • Not only will the goats most likely jump on you, but they may also gently nibble hair and ears. . . not a baaad time to rock a hoody!
  • Remove loose jewelry before participating.
  • Bring drinking water to stay hydrated.
  • Leave behind things you don't want climbed on, nibbled on, or "blessed" by goats!
  • Fortunately, the goats are vegan 🌱 and their “blessings” (AKA droppings) are clean, dry, coffee bean-like, and virtually scent-free. Some even say they're good luck🍀
  • If you are blessed by a goat, buy a lottery ticket 😂 please tell us how much you win!
  • We'll be on standby with disinfectant and sanitizer ready to clean up any surprises🐐... 🧹✨
  • Some of our goats fancy themselves as artists who like to carve designs into yoga mats with their bottom teeth, if you'd rather not have your mat autographed by a goat, bring a towel to throw over it, or rent a used, sanitized yoga mat from us ($5 each, see "add-ons")
  • There will be a release of liability for all attendees to sign before participating.
  • Minors must be accompanied by an adult and have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver on their behalf, before participating.
  • We recommend that participants weigh at least 70 lbs.
  • By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to defend and hold harmless Michelle Tritten in the event of any claim that arises from attending this event.

About us

Michelle Tritten's journey with pet goats began in the eighties. About ten years later, she practiced yoga for the first time. She could have never imagined that on Earth Day of 2017, these two passions would conveniently dovetail together. Since then, she has been sharing the joy of goats around the greater L.A. area.

Her rescued goats have been invited to many notable locations, including the L.A. Arboretum, The Gamble House, The Jonathan Club, and UCLA to name a few. Whether it be for goat yoga, a goat hike, pet n' paint play date, or to visit a school or senior community, the adventurous nature of her goats inspires them to jump into their Orange Subaru Crosstrek to visit places most goats will never see!

Michelle recognizes that goats are highly intelligent, curious, funny, brave, and social animals with individual personalities. Their daily needs are met to ensure that they are healthy, happy, well-cared for, deeply loved & respected. Visit our website to learn more about them. www.hellocritter.com

Organized by

Hello Critter hosts Goat Yoga events at various locations throughout Los Angeles. Our yoga classes are led by certified instructors while Nigerian Dwarf goats roam the class. Participants inadvertently create playgrounds for these little goats to jump on, rebound off, trot under & crawl through various yoga postures held by class attendees. The playful antics and gentle manner of these adorable critters, opens hearts, widens smiles and deepens stretches throughout each practice.
