Who should attend this event

This event is for B Corp employees that want to learn about the B Corp Basics. Want to understand how your company qualified to become certified? Want to learn about the benefits of being involved in the community and how to get involved? This event is for you!

Please note if you have been an active member of the community in the past, this event is likely not for you. This is for folks in the community that are new the the B Corp world. Please do invite your team members that you think would like to get involved. It's a great way to inform your team about what it takes to become a Certified B Corporation and will give them the tools to engage with the community.

What to expect

We’ll overview the B Corp Certification 101s and tell you all about how to get involved in the B Corp Family. You will also get to choose between hearing about a B Corp’s impact story, what being a part of this community can look like, or how the B Corp Certification can help tell your company story.

Breakout Room Options:

• (B) a Storyteller- hear from one B Corp on how they talk about Impact and how their certification factors into this.
• (B) Impactful- hear from a B Corp about their impact journey, goals, and where the B Impact Assessment helped or hindered in their planning!
• (B)uild Community- hear from a community member about how they have taken advantage of having access to so many like minded peers. Learn about their journey of having joined the community and the opportunities it has and hasn’t presented.

Expect to walk away finally being able to respond to the question ‘what is a b corp?’.

At the end of the presentation we hope you will feel energized to join in on the fun. Know how to connect with other community members, where to access exclusive B Corp discounts, and how to find networks of folks also working on how to do their jobs with just a little bit more purpose.
