“Leveraging HP’s OEM Image validation in your environment with HP’s Client Manageability tools”, Nathan Kofahl
This session will be primarily focused on bios and driver management best practices as demonstrated though demos of:
•HP Image Assistant
•The MIK plug in for SCCM
•The HP Client Management Script Library

Automating application packaging and deployment in ConfigMgr, Andrew Jimenez
Learn how the SCCM Application Packager downloads, prepares, packages and deploys the latest versions of popular software, with a focus on the ConfigMgr cmdlets that make the entire process possible. After, we’ll discuss one method of deploying these applications during OSD.

Ramya Chitrakar, Group Engineering Manager in Intune, Microsoft
Ramya has been at Microsoft since 2006 and worked as a developer for several years on SCCM - software updates, application deployment before moving to Intune. On Intune she worked as a developer on Hybrid MDM and Conditional Access, after which she became a manager handling Intune UI, Graph API, Enrollment, Autopilot, Reporting, iOS DEP, Intune for Edu among others. She is passionate about constant learning, having a growth mindset and a crazy passion for good cars!

Jon Andes, Software Developer, Microsoft
Jon is a Software Developer in Intune for Autopilot on the Windows client. He’s worked at Microsoft since 2009, starting out in Windows security, then joining a small Windows team to build apps for Edu before finally moving to Autopilot in Intune. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, biking, and playing guitar.

Josh Stetson, Senior Software Engineer, Microsoft
Josh is a Senior Software Engineer in Intune, specializing in Graph API and Role Based Access Control. He has worked at Microsoft since 2011, starting on Intune while it was still a small service specializing in the basic PC management needs of small to medium businesses and has enjoyed watching the service grow to the market leader it has become today. In his free time, Josh focuses on photography, still shooting film from time to time, and working with and restoring vintage computers from the mainframe and minicomputer days.

Ciaran Murphy, Senior Software Engineer, Microsoft
Ciaran is a Senior Software Engineering Manager in Intune. His team owns Intune's integration with Graph (i.e. RBAC, Auditing, Intune Powershell SDK, etc.) and all the services which back the autopilot scenario. He has been working for Intune since 2013 when he relocated from Ireland and originally specialized in the conditional access space, but transferred about a year ago to his current team. Ciaran's passions are rugby, skiing and reading. He is also attempting to prove that all it requires to run a marathon is stubbornness.

Nathan Kofahl, Manageability Lead, HP
As the Manageability lead for HP’s US Technical Escalations team, Nathan’s role is to act as an escalation point for HP’s US Presales teams. He spends his time communicating best practices to help customers eliminate deployment and manageability roadblocks. Additionally he is responsible for driving innovation into HP’s product portfolio based upon interaction, insights, and feedback gained from his time with HP’s customers.


David Segura, Senior OSD Architect, Baker Hughes, a GE company
David has been customizing and deploying Windows Client Operating Systems at Baker Hughes for over 15 years, supporting over 35,000 systems. David's current focus is designing and customizing the Enterprise Desktop through Offline Servicing and Group Policy, as well as optimizing current OSD processes with PowerShell automation. David is a frequent presenter in the Texas User Groups, and a current Microsoft MVP nominee.

Andrew Jimenez, Systems Analyst Senior, Arizona State University
Andrew Jimenez is a Systems Analyst Senior at Arizona State University, where he helps manage a ConfigMgr environment of over 20,000 clients. He has honed his skills in OSD, PowerShell, packaging, and automation in higher education environments over the last 9 years.
