Ayurvedic Spring Cleanse Workshop

Sasha Swerdloff | Tending the Table

Come learn about Ayurvedic seasonal cleansing with Certified Ayurvedic Consultant, Sasha Swerdloff.  While sipping golden milk, we'll cover the basics of Ayurveda including dosha theory, daily and seasonal routine, and diet and lifestyle practices. With this foundational knowledge of Ayurveda in mind, we'll go over the cleansing process in detail. We'll discuss the importance of seasonal cleansing, the process of cellular detoxification through internal and external oleation (self-massage), the benefits of a kitchari mono-diet for improved digestion and blood sugar stabilization, and the properties and actions of the Ayurvedic herbs used during the cleanse. You'll go home with everything you need, including: a detailed cleanse outline and schedule, recipes and resources, and a take home cleanse kit to get you started.
