Awakening: A Spring Reflection Workshop

Awakening: A Spring Reflection Workshop

Bayou of Saddle RiverSaddle River, NJ
Friday, Apr 17 from 7 pm to 9 pm
Overview

Join us for an intimate evening of guided meditation, poetry, journaling, and conversation inspired by the rhythms of the natural world.

As the natural world begins to thaw and bloom, spring invites us to pause, reflect, and consider what may be ready to awaken within our own lives. Awakening is a small, intimate workshop designed to help you reconnect with your inner season and gently explore what is ready for renewal, growth, or change.

Through guided meditation, poetry, reflective journaling, and meaningful group conversation, participants will explore themes of emergence, intention, and personal direction inspired by the rhythms of nature. No writing or meditation experience is necessary—only a willingness to slow down and listen inward.

Friday, April 17 | 7:00–9:00 PM
Led by Shauna Lauricella, Ph.D.
Location: Bayou of Saddle River
