Kristina Grum is a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator who has almost two decade of experience working with children and families, including being a classroom teacher.It is her passion to teach parents how to better connect with their children and to shift their parenting journey from one of barely surviving to thriving.

Do your kids ignore you, run away when you ask them to do something, dawdle or just simply say ‘NO!’? Do you find yourself yelling and nagging your children a lot? In this workshop, you’ll receive powerful tips and tools to get your kids to listen, cooperate and work as a team without threats and bribes! You will learn how to recognize and disengage from a power struggle and what to do to lessen them in the future. An eye-opening, informative workshop on building cooperation without the yelling, threatening, bribing and nagging.  </p><p></p>
