This TREC-approved contracts course covers common contract mistakes and the consequences of making those errors. Topics include identifying the correct seller(s), avoiding blanks in contracts, legal descriptions, surveys, taxes, possession issues, addenda mistakes, and common issues that can delay or derail closings.

To receive CE credit:

• Attendance for the full class is required (no partial credit)
• Students must sign the course completion roster with their first name, last name, and license number, including B/SA designation
• The same course may not be taken for CE credit more than once per license cycle
