He will discuss the current “state of the art” for Orthobiologic injections in orthopedics.  The primary orthobiologics used at the Institute are Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and bone marrow concentrate which contains stem cells (BMC).  Dr. Buford  is a published researcher, frequent lecturer, expert trainer of other clinicians, and a respected authority in the regenerative medicine field.The primary orthopedic conditions he will cover are joint pain, back pain,  and all sports related injuries.  He will discuss the typical treatment protocols, the evidence based outcomes, the published research, and the average cost of these procedures.Dr. Buford will also expose the stem cell marketing myths and scams being advertised.
